Excellent customer service. My basement had flooded from a first floor backup. Brainer plumbing came that day to snake the house outlet drain, remove the blockage and reset a toilet. They were kind, professional and thorough. They ran water from several locations in the house to ensure all was working before putting everything back together. All for a reasonable price. I am sharing my excellent experience with Brainard Plumbing and my technician Keith who resolved a clogged bathroom sink at my home. After trying to fix it myself unsuccessfully and finding no other local plumbing service available to help me that same day, I was put in touch with Brainard by a friend and they were able to send Keith over the same afternoon after finishing the job he was at. Upon arrival, Keith assessed the situation, provided a reasonable quote, and got to work quickly. When the initial snaking proved difficult and unsuccessful, we discussed the possibility of replacing some old pipes to resolve the issue. Keith was very calm and well mannered and assured me we'd find a resolution. Fortunately, his efforts paid off, and the drain cleared successfully! It was my wife's birthday and we were supposed to head out shortly for a celebration, Keith kept on task, cleaned and sanitized the inside of the bathroom cabinet and we made our event on time! Keith did an amazing job, I appreciate his positive attitude and professionalism and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brainard Plumbing! We will have them back to do the pipe work in the basement as well!

So very thankful to Brainer. They were able to get us on the schedule last minute to replace our water heater after going a couple of days without hot water due to other companies not being able to get here on time. They were professional, considerate, and easy to work with. It is rare to find a company anymore that offers this level of customer service from the phone to the technician - overall an amazing experience. I cannot recommend them enough.
